Details

August 7, 2007, about 4:35 PM. Baltimore/Washington Parkway. North bound north of the 495 beltway. I was driving in the right lane with traffic passing me in the left lane. The Volvo "driver" is in the on-ramp to get on the B/W Parkway. Apparently he didn't care about traffic already on the B/W Parkway because he just about ran me into the left lane while he was going from the on-ramp to the right lane. Since he wasn't able to run me out of the right lane and cut me off, he began honking at me. Not just honk..honk, but a long duration honk. He didn't quit honking until I was able to get in the left lane and leave him behind. He later pulled beside me after I moved back to the right lane. I saw him hand holding his cell phone to make calls. A paper in one hand and the cell phone in the other at that.
