I was driving along, minding my own business when this driver pulls right out in front of me from a side street, no blinker or even a hint of a stop. About two miles later, he decided to change lanes, and guess what, used a blinker. Yeah, like that makes it all ok!

He didn't happen to be swinging a white/red long stick out his driver's window, was he? If so, he's blind.
