This lady was going way too fast - I would say around 100 MPH - through Ankeny on I-35. The whole time she was looking in her vanity mirror and applying makeup. She must have finished by the time she got north of Ankeny where the speed limit increases because she slowed down to about 80 by then.

Does anyone else think it's funny that the letters on the plate are "STD"? Maybe she wasn't putting on makeup, maybe she was applying ointment if you know what I mean.
