This morning you came up to Arapahoe and Hwy 287, came to a stop, then slyly through your lit cigarette butt out the window. What's wrong, your ashtray full or do you just not want the "hassle" of emptying it once in a while. It's bad enough that you flick your ashes out the window, now you are trying to start fires. Yes, a lit butt tossed out the window will cause fires when conditions are as dry as they have been. Or maybe you haven't been watching the news lately. Keep your garbage in your vehicle and have the courtesy to throw it away when you get home. Would you throw your trash out the window at home? Probably not, so don't do it on the road.

I totally agree! I just listed an offender myself. A few weeks ago I was walking through a parking lot and a lady - no I'm sorry she wasn't a lady lets say female threw her butt out while I was walking by and almost hit me. I at least put it out first before flicking back in her parked van and she had a COW saying I assaulted her and she would call the cops. I stood there and said go right ahead!!

"People who smoke are very weak individuals." -naclest- I'd venture to guess that you have absoluetly no physical evidence to back up that statement.

Easy just check their WEAK lung capacity not to mention their weakness to break such a disgusting habit. So they are not only physically weak but mentally too!
