Details

This idiot drove in the middle of the two left-most lanes on H1 headed west during rush hour traffic, trying to test which was the faster lane. Didn't matter, because he still ended up almost rear ending me at the Makakilo off-ramp (yes, I heard his tires grip the pavement, and when I looked in my rearview, he was right there ... a few inches from my bumper). Then he swung around me into the right lane, and cut me off by swerving back in front of me. Then he cut someone else off as he decided he wanted to be in the right lane again. It's idiots like this one who will end up causing an accident that will kill someone someday.
