I was driving up to Jatzen Beach and was cut by the truck going into the Safeway just before the bridge. I could this person from the rear window shruging their shoulders like "what did I do". So I partked next to them and wouldn't you know it was Lars Larson heading home to Washington (with oregon plates?) So i called DMV and the truck in registored to KXL, how about that. He is a very bad driver
