Not only was the driver flicking his butt out the window the passenger was throwing stuff out the other side.

Luckily, he is not in Florida. He would probably burn the state down with our fire danger. I can stand people who litter. Someone in a Mercedes Benz. How annoying. I would to see this driver and passenger in a Orange Jumpsuit cleaning up litter on the side of a highway. Giving him a ticket isn't going to do much. If he has a Mercedes a fine is not going to mean much to him. Give him the Orange Jumpsuit and have him pick up all the trash and cigarette butts on the highway. Hold up a sign at on the side of the road that says I am a SLOB.

IRRC, dosen't Kalifornia have a law that defines tossing cig butts out as "ejection of an incendiary device"?

He can also put it in the Mercedes-Benz and off to the dump he goes.

i'd buy a ticket to see mercedes boy in orange, sticking cig butts -- even better using the 'mercey' as a hauler! better than a movie premiere!

Maybe Paris Hilton will be in a orange suit picking up trash.

He was just giving everyone something to see other than the 5 million square miles of nothing that is Kansas.

Ooo, a little sensitive are we? Believe me, Ive been through Kansas and there's literally nothing there in almost all of the state. But obviously littering is wrong.

The butt flicking litter bugs need to have their car used to pick up litter.

Shows what you know about Kansas BNEVS18...grow up!
