So, this guy, a perfectly healthy young man, parks his "LSU Tailgating Edition H3" in the handicap space at my complex... but it gets better... he's the BOYFRIEND of the first handicap abuser I reported (LA LRU-327, black mercedes benz)!!! They have been swapping off the permit between their cars! As I mentioned in my previous handicap abuser wire, there is a truly handicapped person in our complex who rides around in a wheelchair (and occasionally walks with crutches)...
