This is the old Orange with black numeral Oregon plate, and it's expired! (2/07)
You made a right exit onto I 29 north from the left lane in front of me, that was real nice of you to do that....of course you dropped the phone when I blew the train horns, almost drove off the ramp into the grass trying to pick your phone.....then you flipped me off with a middle finger salute...how nice. I suppose thatyou told the person you were talking to that this big truck tried to run over me, not mentioning, of course the right exit from the far left lane.... (three westbound lanes)BTW ND state radio was called too. That old Oregon plate really stands out.

I wonder why they don't have the old plates, anyway, since they're still in use for the various trailer, disabled, veteran, HAM, bus, publicly owned vehicle, historic vehicle, etc. plates.

(BTW, they're gold background with blue lettering, not black and orange... state's colors are blue and gold).

Oh, and check out the legend on the left. It sounds like the malfunction is with the driver, not the vehicle, so this should be a flag.
