On way home this morning I observed this vehicle (newer white Mercury Mountaineer) driving very aggressively (swerving around parked cars, etc) and speeding (well above the limit and common sense limit) through our neighborhood. The thing that bothered me the most about the situation was that they were doing so while children were at each street corner waiting for their school buses. I don't know what their deal is/was but they sped down two different cul-de-sacs only to rip around and fly back up the other way, almost like they were frantically trying to escape the neighborhood or something. To the driver... If you want to hurt or kill yourself, awesome, go for it. Just don't do so while others, especially children, are around.
