I must first say that I'm not 100% on the letters of the plate, I'm sure of the 631**M.


At about 8:30pm West bound on I275 I was traveling between the Alexandrea and Covington/Independence exits. This person was straddling the center and left lanes. Occasionally they would correct themselves and get all the way back into the center lane, but would quickly drift to straddling the lanes again. I'm not sure where they strated or where they finished at, but for 3 miles of road they were unsafe.

No snow was covering the lines so I know they should have been able to see them.

"Should have been able" and "actually paying attention" are two different things. Unfortunately.
