Details

Driver exited at the last moment off northbound Parkway at Governor's Drive and cut across three lanes causing traffic to swerve to avoid, without any turn signals. Driver then sped down the 25 mph road behind Top Line Tires at over 50 and ran straight through the stop sign in front of Vanderbilt, all to avoid the traffic light at Parkway and Governor's.
