Traveling west on Seltice Way you tailed me in a 25 mph, 2-lane construction zone. Orange barrels, orange cones, and signs that say "SLOW" are all indicators to you that you should RELAX and slow down. You did not. You decided it necessary to pass me, in this NO PASSING ZONE, while shaking your fist at me and flipping me off. You are a menace to this driving community and your license should be revoked.

Another safety cone violator. Needs to be dressed in orange and made to impersonate a safety cone on the side of a busy highway. Thanks for flagging this knucklehead.
