To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

  Asshole cuts across lanes without looking, runs me into guardrail and doesn't stop. When I catch him at a light coming off the highway, he looks at me as though I'm crazy and he has no idea what he's done wrong!!!!!

If he ran you into a guardrail, both of you should have stopped after the accident.  I suspect that the fact of the matter is that this didn't actually happen.

Nah, there was no hit and run.  Doesn't make sense.  aallenphilly would have mentioned it.

aallenphilly just claimed this driver ran him into a guardrail when it didn't really happen.  The truth is more likely that aallenphilly had to swerve towards, but not hit, or actually be run into, said guardrail.  It was hyperbole.
