Based on my daily commute, im pretty sure most of the people in AZ arent intelligent enough to read any of those signs. Seriously ....if the left lane is the fast lane then why do people feel justified doing the exact posted limit with zero regard to the people they're holding up behind them? I used to call people like that worthless but they actually do serve a purpose to make me feel sooo much better about my life in comparison to their lack of intelligence!!
