To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

MOOSE04 nearly hit bicyclist

Aug. 22, 2011 at 8:45 a.m. a white Acura with CA plate MOOSE04 passed a bicyclist on Park Ave., just pat Hedding, when the road was narrowing, coming within inches of sideswiping the bicyclist. The bicyclist caught up with the driver at the next stop sign -- and the driver acknowledged that he intentionally did not wait to pass the bicyclist or yield the right of way, as required by law. Has been reported as a danger to the California DMV and neighborhood listservs.
