To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

Typical Little Man Syndrom

May 17th, 2011, Washington vehicle bearing B30422R is a VERY AGGRESSIVE DRIVER and out of control with a deep anger issue. Best part...I got it all on video (and he knows it, yet he couldn't control himself).

While driving on I-5 going North over the bridge, he merged into traffic and began tailgating me badly. I couldn't speed up as traffic was going slow during rush hour. I was concerned, so I slowed down to let him pass (all the while video taping) and he did not pass, but would back off and lunge at my car getting dangerously close. I drive a small car, so it's not shocking that a man like this would try to intimidate me. He finally did pass me and then as I tried to get away from him (by not even taking the exit I needed) I repeatedly tried to cut me off, got in front of me on the exit, stopped to yell and flip me off. Then he takes off. Later, I find him again waiting (start the video again) and he and his girlfriend/wife get out and walk back to confront me for "instigating road rage" which I find humorous as I gave him plenty of opportunity to go around me. A friend asked why I pulled over and I said, "What choice do I have, he wouldn't let me pass?"

He stated he was going to call the police and I REALLY hope he does as the video is awesome!

Hey Mr and Mrs Pickup Driver - get some anger management and realize that YOU are indeed in control of your actions. From the looks of you, it's not shocking you drive a ridiculous vehicle.
