oblivious driver

Driver in a small maroon car NM license # FD A694 turned right at Constitution and Washington in Albuquerque cutting me off...my bicycle hit the car and we both hit the pavement. The driver just drove on! An eye witness (thank goodness) followed the car to get plate # and returned to give it to me and see if I was alright. How do I find the owner of this car?

I would suggest- File a "Hit & Run" report with the APD, I would hope they feel this would merit a follow up and site this driver and any damages you encoured from the accident...Hope your OK? Did you get your eye witness information?

Yep...welcome to New Mexico's Enchanted drivers!

I agree with Salesman on filing a "hit and run" report.  Isn't New Mexico grand to drive in or ride your bicycle through.  Oh, the complaints we could say on that subject would be endless.

I'm off to work for my 22 mile commute on I40.  I pray for a simple ride to and a safe journey back home at 11pm.

I think at first you should have to report to the concerned authorities about the matter. I hopes through a proper enquiry you will be able find out the owner of the car.
