Follow Speed Limits!!

This is for those stationed on or working on Fort Riley, Kansas. When you enter post through the Trooper Drive gate, the speed limit is 45 mph. It turns to 35 mph AFTER and only AFTER passing the commissary. So do us all a favor, and do the speed limit, not 30 or 35, because traffic is already a problem on the one lane road. Obey speed limits!!

No I agree if your going to be driving onto post, drive at least the limit. If you want to go slower than the speed limit and if you can see cars behind you then you should pull over and allow everyone to go around you. But then again there are a lot of cars coming in from JC who probably cant go 45 and thats what causes a lot of traffic. Ha...

Another thing annoying on base, Rotaries! Learn how to drive around them people, its not very difficult. And for the love of god if you see a yeild sign, that does not mean stop! IT MEANS SLOW DOWN AND STOP IF A CAR IS COMING! I cant tell you how many times I have been in a car or been driving and going through one of the many rotaries on base and almost been in an accident because of people being so stupid and stopping so suddenly because "omg there is a car coming a mile away". LEARN HOW TO DRIVE PEOPLE!
