Horse's ass cut across 3 lanes on Eb Michigan Ave. At a light, in heavy traffic. Then the SFB cut back across to endanger others and get on NB 275. Absolute clueless idiot. I called MSP. Rush hour retard. I'll see if i can find him and get his attention. But he's so damn dumb, who knows.
